The use and working style of this force depends on how the natural calamity of the country, or how to avoid the future natural and unnatural disasters?

How to avoid natural and unnatural disasters, incidents, and how to reduce the damage, protect and deliver essential services as soon as possible?

By the way, to say that we can prevent natural disasters, or can prevent the harm caused by them, then this statement will be absolutely wrong because the nature is not in anyone's control.
